In addition to our building services we are available for handyman type jobs. This work would include exterior repairs, wall patches, trim and molding repairs, cabinet door adjustment and repair, hanging wall mounted TV's, large mirrors and pictures, ...etc..
Relators - Have a client with a to-do list from a buyer's home inspector? We can take care of these issues in a prompt manner.
As our days are usually filled working on our larger projects, we usually try to fit this type of work in during early evening hours and the occasional weekend. We can make exceptions and occasional take on a handyman project during regular business hours.
Our current hourly rate for this work is $72 per hour.
